In this honest conversation, we emphasise the importance of reflection and self-awareness. If we don't regularly check in with ourselves, we can start to drift, or to be led by the needs and desires of others. Alternatively, we can become so overwhelmed by our many ideas, that we have no idea which path to take, or we can find ourselves pushing towards a goal that doesn't really align for us anymore. We hope this conversation inspires you to check in with yourself, just to make sure you're still heading in a direction that feels good to you.
