I’m making space for new work, so I’m clearing out my studio
I’m not much of a hoarder, but I do tend to hang on to artworks that I love, even if they are just small studies on paper, or works I made as a way to explore something. Now I’m having a studio clear-out and letting many of those things go. Actually, I think this is more than a studio sale - I think it’s a metaphorical clearing of the decks.
Everything is being sold as is (no frames or mounts) and the price reflects that.
They will be on sale here for one week only. After that, they will go on my fire… so if there’s something you like, grab it now!

but it’s time to let go so I can find the mental space to create something entirely new.

It has been a while since I released new paintings, but I am so excited about this new work. These paintings are more alive, more personal, and more expressive than ever before. Each is framed and ready to hang.

These new paintings are not part of a larger series, but I think they do belong together. They share an exuberance and a freedom that I haven’t felt before, and I think they express a feeling of hope, and energy, and bravado. These paintings are about reclaiming yourself and your life. They’re about being unapologetically, unashamedly, undoubtedly YOURSELF. The good and the bad, the dark and the light, the colourful and the muted, the vibrant and the quiet - those things and everything in between. After all, as Walt Whitman said, “I am large. I contain multitudes.”
